  • ASE SERVICE PACKAGES

    Hospitals cannot afford for their imaging modalities to be down, and this fear is what drives them into buying inflated service contracts. ASE was created by customer demand because their perception of the OEM vendors was that it was "one-sided" favoring the vendors.

    ASE offers it's clients a flexible service agreement structured to each hospital's needs. ASE service options are below. ASE was founded with the input of our customers, and we will continue to listen to their feedback. Our package development will continue to evolve as the industry and the needs of our clients change.

    T & M |TIME AND MATERIALS
    when a hospital does not have a service contract, but needs preventative maintenance or service issues to be addressed. This service is charged at an hourly billed rate plus whatever parts may be needed to get the equipment back into operation. Please contact us for a fee schedule of hourly billed.
    SILVER LEVEL
    This service program offers phone support M-F 8-5, with reduced hourly rates, if a service engineer is needed on site. Parts are not included in this program and will be billed separately if supplied by ASE or will need to be supplied by customer.
    GOLD LEVEL
    This service program offers phone support M-F 8-5, and a set monthly service price with no hourly charges, if anything needs to be addressed on site. Also, preventative maintenance (PM) will be performed to try and keep systems up and running which usually helps minimize down time. Parts are not included in this program.
    PLATINUM LEVEL
    This service program is designed to give clients "peace-of-mind" knowing what their service costs are going to be monthly and year after year. Phone support, PM's, engineer(s) and parts are covered in this agreement.
